Refund Policy
Digital Product Purchases
THEIA is a digital Framer template delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once a purchase has been completed and access to the template has been granted, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations cannot be provided.
Exceptions
A refund may be considered in the following circumstances:
Failure to receive access to the template due to a technical issue that cannot be resolved.
A significant defect that prevents the template from functioning.
Any refund requests under these circumstances must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and may require proof of the issue.
